I decided I wasn’t going to just sit around and whine. It’s just not my style. Although it’s tempting!
I’m the kind of girl who does something, who makes changes, when something isn’t working I do whatever it takes!
Okay, I’m talking trash right now but isn’t that what’s needed to get my goals accomplished???
So we headed to the library (because I’m too cheap to buy books) so the girls could get some new books and so I could find some books that could help me make some informed decisions on what I am going to do to reach my goals.
I am reading a book (1 of 3 checked out) called Ultimate Fitness: The Quest For truth About Exercise and Health by Gina Kolata, 2003. Clearly not a new book but so far I am amazed at some of the information about the history of exercise.
I went for a 5 mile bike ride in the evening after it cooled a bit and felt much better. I am planning my long run for Sunday and praying I will get up early!!!
OH and I made this guy for my youngest this morning.
She wanted IHOP, we don’t need no steenkeeng IHOP!
